All New Members READ THIS / New Users Posts!!!

All New users must have thier FIRST post approved before they can just post anywhere anytime. I'm sorry but using verification email and CAPTCHA I still received 400+ members posting ads and links to other sites that had nothing to do with what I am trying to do here.
